- Enquiry data (no work carried out): up to 2 years from the date of last contact
- Customer data (work carried out): up to 6 years from the date of completion, in line with standard limitation periods under the Limitation Act 1980
- Call records: typically up to 12 months, unless required for a longer period for dispute resolution
- Analytics data: retained by Google in accordance with the data retention settings we have configured
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, contact us at enquiries@firstchoiceenergy.co.uk and we will do so where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
