We share your data with a small number of trusted service providers who process it on our behalf as data processors. We have data processing agreements in place with each of them.

Formspree, form submission handling. Your enquiry data passes through Formspree's servers before being delivered to us.
Pipedrive, CRM system. We store and manage customer records in Pipedrive.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, website analytics. We use anonymised data to understand how our website is used.
JustCall, our phone system. Inbound and outbound call data may be logged and, where applicable, recorded.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with other companies for their own marketing purposes.

If we are ever required to disclose your data to a regulatory body or law enforcement agency by law, we will do so. We will notify you where we are legally permitted to do so.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry data (no work carried out): up to 2 years from the date of last contact
Customer data (work carried out): up to 6 years from the date of completion, in line with standard limitation periods under the Limitation Act 1980
Call records: typically up to 12 months, unless required for a longer period for dispute resolution
Analytics data: retained by Google in accordance with the data retention settings we have configured

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised. If you would like us to delete your data sooner, contact us at enquiries@firstchoiceenergy.co.uk and we will do so where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
