01 What happens on the call?

A 15-minute conversation. We'll talk through your business, what you currently use to bring in customers, what you'd want from a website, and any questions you have. We'll quote you on the spot if it's a good fit. If it's not, we'll tell you straight.

02 What if I don't like the design?

We'll show you a live preview before launch and adjust based on your feedback. The first round of revisions is included. Most clients have small changes; rarely do we redesign from scratch. If it's genuinely not working, we'll keep going until it is.

03 What's actually included in the £30 a month?

Hosting, SSL certificate, domain renewal, security monitoring, automatic backups, and managed updates. Send us your changes (hours, prices, photos, copy) and we'll handle them, usually within 48 hours. The monthly fee covers everything that keeps the site running and current.

04 How long am I tied in for?

12 months minimum, then it's rolling month-to-month. You can cancel anytime after the initial year. We don't do 24-month lock-ins or early-termination fees.

05 What happens if I cancel?

After your 12-month minimum, you're free to leave with no penalty. The site is yours. We'll hand over the files, the domain, and the hosting credentials so you can take it elsewhere or self-host. No locking, no hostage tactics.

06 Do I own the website?

Yes. After 12 months, the site is yours outright. Stay with us for ongoing management, or take it elsewhere. Your choice.

07 How quickly can it go live?

Most builds go from booked call to live in 10 to 14 days. You'll see a preview within seven days of sign-up. Faster turnarounds are possible if you're ready with copy and images at the start.

08 Can I add e-commerce or a booking system later?

Yes. The Basic site is built on the same infrastructure we use for our own brands, which means we can extend it later. For complex additions like e-commerce, members areas, or booking systems, we'll quote separately under our Custom service.

09 What if I already have a domain?

No problem. We'll point your existing domain to the new site, or transfer it in if you prefer. Either way is straightforward and included in the £220 setup.
