Credits are non-refundable

Once a batch is purchased, credits are committed to your territory and ad spend. If you choose to leave the network mid-batch, unused credits cannot be reclaimed or refunded.

The questions every installer asks before joining.

What exactly do I get for the £1,800 setup fee?
A branded regional landing page built to your specification, Meta and Google Ads campaigns built and configured against your postcodes, postcode routing engine set up against your agreed area, CRM integration into Pipedrive (yours or ours), SMS alert configuration to your team, and onboarding to the SoulourPower partner network. The setup fee is one-off and covers the territory build for the duration of your active partnership.
How is this different from buying leads from an aggregator?
Aggregators sell the same enquiry to four installers. We sell each lead once, to one partner, in one region. Aggregator leads are typically unverified. Ours pass OTP phone verification, postcode validation, and a named-partner consent step before reaching you. And aggregators don't build you a regional landing page or run your ads. We do.
What does "OTP-verified" actually mean?
Every customer enters their mobile number into the calculator, receives a six-digit SMS code, and types that code back into the form. If they don't enter the code, the form will not submit. That single step removes bots, typos, fake numbers and people unwilling to engage. It's why we can guarantee every lead in your CRM is a real person at a real number.
When do leads arrive? Are they batched up and sent in one go?
No. Leads arrive in your CRM the second the customer hits submit, while campaigns are running live. There is no batch delay. If a customer submits at 11:47, the lead is in your Pipedrive at 11:47, and your sales team's phone buzzes at 11:47. Speed-to-lead is measured in seconds, not days.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contract. The model is credit-based: you buy a batch of leads, they deliver in real time, and you top up before they run out. When you've used 80% of your batch, we'll send an automated nudge to top up. If your batch runs out and you don't top up, campaigns pause immediately and your territory opens to the next partner on the waiting list.
What happens if I don't top up in time?
Honest answer: we don't chase for money and we don't pause campaigns then run them at half-speed waiting for you. The moment your batch runs out, campaigns pause and your region opens to the next installer in the queue. We tell every applicant this upfront so there's no surprise. The partners who get value from the network are the ones who renew before they hit zero.
Do leads expire?
No. Leads are delivered to your CRM in real time as they come in. There's no batch sitting unused for months. If 24 hours pass without a lead landing in your system during normal delivery, you must report it within 48 hours so we can investigate any technical issue. Reports made after 48 hours can't be credited or replaced.
What if a lead has wrong details, or isn't interested?
Every lead we deliver has passed OTP verification, postcode routing into your area, and a named-consent step. If a lead fails on any of these objective checks (e.g. postcode outside your agreed area despite our filter, or OTP not actually verified), we replace it within 48 hours of you flagging it. We don't replace leads on subjective grounds like "they didn't want to book a survey." That's the conversion side, which is yours.
Do customers know they're being passed to me?
Yes. The customer ticks a consent box naming your business specifically as the SoulourPower-network installer for their region. They also receive an SMS confirming your business name and the phone number you'll be calling from. By the time you call, they're expecting it. Your call lands warm, not cold.
Can I work with you and another lead provider at the same time?
Yes. Your partnership with us covers your region within the SoulourPower network. What you do with other lead sources is your business. We just ask that response SLAs to our leads aren't compromised because you're prioritising another channel.
Why isn't Wales available?
Wales is delivered in-house through SoulourPower. We run the campaigns and the installations directly there, which is also how we proved the engine works before opening it to partners. If that ever changes, we'll publish it here first.
My region is taken. What now?
Apply anyway. We keep a waiting list per region. The moment a partnership ends (and credit-based partnerships end the moment a batch runs out and the partner doesn't top up), we contact the next installer in line. If you're qualified, organised and ready to start the day a region opens, you'll move quickly.
